In 1983, under Yew Hoong Sdn Bhd based in Malaysia, we started out doing one thing well: making sofas and seating for the global market. Long before consumer brands, our focus was on mastering production, consistency, and scale.
For over three decades, we built furniture for other brands in American and European markets, quietly refining our craft, growing our factory, and scaling our production to meet the demands of international standards.
Over time, we expanded production capabilities to include advanced CNC systems, automated cutting and sewing, quilting machines, and overhead conveyer systems to deliver consistency at volume.
After decades of manufacturing for others, we choose to bring that experience directly to Malaysian homes.

In 2020, we launched Sofa Library, a brand specialising in premium Italian leather sofas and chairs. Combining contemporary design, quality craftsmanship, and lasting comfort, Sofa Library was created to bring refined living to modern homes.
In 2022, we launched FibreGuard Sofa Malaysia, combining advanced Belgian Stain Free Technology with local craftsmanship to meet the growing demand for high-performance sofas. The collection features stain-resistant, easy-care fabrics that offer lasting comfort without compromising on style.
In 2026, we created Davorra Studio to bring that same craftsmanship and experience to the dining space. Specialising in dining chairs, bar stools and dining tables, the brand focuses on Italian-inspired design crafted with premium materials.
In 2026, Luuma Hauz was born to make stylish, practical, and comfortable furniture more accessible for every home.
